Participation in any member or community voting process does not create governance rights, ownership rights, or authority over Lighthouse100 operations or charitable distributions.

All charitable grants remain subject to final Board approval and organizational policies.

6. Donations and Payments

All contributions, sponsorship payments, and participation fees submitted through the Site are processed through third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Lighthouse100 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any payment or registration in its discretion.

Lighthouse100 has applied for recognition as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Unless and until such recognition is granted, and to the extent permitted by law, Lighthouse100 does not represent that contributions are tax-deductible. Any tax deductibility depends on donor circumstances and applicable law.

7. Events

Participation in Lighthouse100 events is voluntary.

By attending events, you assume all risks associated with attendance and participation.

Lighthouse100 reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel events at any time.
