Membership Participation Fees
Participation fees and annual contributions are generally non-refundable once processed.
Requests for exceptions may be reviewed by Lighthouse100 on a case-by-case basis in its discretion.
Automatic Renewals
Recurring annual participation renewals may be canceled at any time prior to the applicable renewal processing date by contacting Lighthouse100 at lh100info@lighthouse100.org.
Cancellation of automatic renewal will prevent future charges only and will not automatically result in refunds of previously processed payments.
Sponsorship Payments
Sponsorship payments are generally non-refundable once sponsorship benefits, recognition, or event commitments have commenced.
Event Registrations
Event registration refunds, if any, will be determined in accordance with the applicable event registration terms.

Organizational Discretion
Lighthouse100 reserves the right to review and resolve refund requests in its sole discretion.
