President

Jane Wye

Jane Wye serves as President of Lighthouse100 and brings an entrepreneurial spirit, a love of stewardship, and a deep commitment to community impact. As a co-founder of FishAngler and Fishial.AI, she has helped build mission-driven organizations centered on connection, innovation, and care for the natural world. At Lighthouse100, she helps shape the organization's vision, growth, and long-term direction with an emphasis on thoughtful leadership, responsible stewardship, and meaningful local giving.

Vice President

Sue Nelson

Sue Nelson serves as Vice President of Lighthouse100 and is a trusted community leader with deep roots in Lighthouse Point. Known for her integrity, professionalism, and longstanding local relationships, she has spent years serving the community through her work and civic involvement. At Lighthouse100, Sue brings a welcoming spirit, a strong understanding of the community, and a sincere commitment to helping neighbors come together to support meaningful local causes.

Secretary

Madeline R. MacLean

Madeline R. MacLean serves as Secretary of Lighthouse100 and brings a strong legal and business foundation to the organization. With experience in business law and real estate, along with a lifelong connection to South Florida, she helps support Lighthouse100's commitment to sound governance, clear structure, and accountability. Her work helps ensure the organization continues to grow on a solid and responsible foundation while staying aligned with its mission of local impact.

Treasurer

Patty Petrone

Patty Petrone serves as Treasurer of Lighthouse100 and brings a practical, people-centered approach shaped by years of civic leadership, local business experience, and community service. As a longtime member of the Lighthouse Point community, she understands the importance of trust, accountability, and financial responsibility in nonprofit work. At Lighthouse100, Patty helps oversee stewardship of resources so contributions are managed carefully and directed toward the organization's mission of strengthening the local community through giving.

Granting Committee

Currently being formed, this committee will help support grant review, application evaluation, and the development of a fair and thoughtful annual selection process.

Event Committee

Currently being formed, this committee will help shape membership events, informative grant-related gatherings, and community-facing experiences that keep members engaged, informed, and connected to the mission of Lighthouse100.

Sponsorship Committee

Currently being formed, this committee will help cultivate sponsor relationships, support community visibility, and strengthen long-term partnerships that advance the mission of Lighthouse100.

501(c) Stewardship

Lighthouse100 has applied for recognition as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3). Lighthouse100 is committed to transparency, accountability, and thoughtful stewardship of every contribution entrusted to the organization. The board helps uphold those values so members, donors, sponsors, and nonprofit partners can feel confident in the mission and in the care behind the work.
